Fake Partition Deed

 Query: In a partition deed without my father signature his brother divided the property. And division of property was not equal. He is not allowing to take patta in my name. He occupied the major portion of land, changed patta into his name and enjoying the benefits in the property. What can I do to stop his enjoyment of illegal benefit extracted and get back the property?

Reply: Challenge the partition deed by taking the stay on the benefit utilized by your father’s brother. The suit for declaration and injunction had to be filed before the District Court.
